This is a Unique Print.
This image was made in the province of Kwa-Zulu Natal in South Africa where I was raised. This sub-tropical zone is home to around 270 bird species, many of which would live in glades like this.
Just beyond my childhood room's window was a fig tree that was like a bustling coffee shop for the most beautiful bird species including Loeries, Coucals, and Barbets, all chatting, screaming, and swearing incessantly.
When I see this misty tangle, I hear sounds.
This photo was made with my friends who established https://ferncliffe.org/ to re-establish the original forests.
