Dogsanalog

At about 16h30 every day my dog, Moose’s brain shifts from whatever came before the idea of a walk, to the idea of a walk. She ghosts up beside me, her ears in streamline position, tail wagging, as the big countdown nears minute zero.

These portraits, begun in 2026, have been made in Cape Town, South Africa, on a Hasselblad 500 CM produced in the 80s. The negs are processed and then scanned on my high-end Imacon scanner.

Prints are made with archival ink on Hahnemuhle paper, signed, dated and numbered. 

Frames are made of Kiaat wood.

Postage within South Africa is included for prints, not framed work. 

Turnaround time is typically 5 working days for a print and 10 working days for a framed print.
